IS SHIPPING FREE?  S Yes, shipping is free within the 48 contiguous US states. Additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories. Additional charges apply outside of the US. 

FOR PRINTS  Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

• 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. I will replace, exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. 
• We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact springunfoldingpdx@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Please contact springunfoldingpdx@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  (Please note that Open Edition Prints are fulfilled through a 3rd party vendor. I will do my very best to cancel your order with them should you need to do so.)

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
